No return calls back. They keep billing secondary as primary and not providing the secondary with EOB from primary. I have 3 bills this year 2019 that still have not even billed to secondary after numerous calls(check the records). My son has a medical grant that expires and I need these bills to process before losing his grant funds. Last year had the exact same issue. Every-time I call I hear same thing we are working on it. One is from March 7 2019 and it still hasn’t made it to secondary and it’s November 2019 now. Cigna/ Carecentrix have both called as well. I need a resolution ASAP. First call - May 2019; no call back as of 10/01/2019. When I called to inquire as to how many months it had been since my last call, the person -very matter of factly- told me it had been since May. No concern, no I’m sorry. Instead, “let me see if I can start the process for you. You should receive an email from our appeals department within a couple of days.” Today is 10/18 and no email or phone call from the appeals team. Over the next 24 hours I had to make multiple phone calls as they never returned my calls. I was made a promise as to when a new PDM would be delivered after having to tell the young man who answered the phone the importance of having a functioning PDM. Long story short seven phone calls and 12 hours after promised my PDM arrived. Staff really doesn't care, expecting a call back from a supervisor tomorrow at 9 a.m. . I really don't see it happening as I was promised that's six times in 12 hours. What a mistake this thing is. I will likely go back to pens or possibly try medtronic's.
